I have used an older version of filmora. Recently made a purchase and updated to the version 8. It was the start of problems. The software infected my computer with buggy updates causing the program to crash. The video export being slow and audio out of sync from the clips most of the time. All the technical support did was nothing but pushing the alternate updates with bugs. They started to play games when I asked for the refund in the event of technical problems that arouse after installation. I have replied them that I am going to consumer court. The social media in FB blocked me for asking help. My emails were blocked. I have contacted my community support for filing a case against them at consumer court or small court. A company with no telephone or chat support other than email customer service, that too from China. I expect nothing less. Such scam artists these guys are. Please beware Reply to this review. Im not sure what you mean by low level, however if thats the only con that you have found, Im ok with that Pros. As a non techy person, I have tried many editors, with not great results. Found Filmora and my videos are as good now as even the best made by pros. Really simple to use and get online. I dont often,if ever, comment on software, but this one is worth the time and definitely gets a 5 star rating. Cons. At this time, we only have the ability to work with one video track, and therefore we cant add that in to the software yet. Our team will look at the transitions and see if they can add something in that will make it work better, and look better as well.
